Asbestos Removal & Management
If your building was constructed or refurbished before 2000, asbestos-containing materials should be assumed present until proven otherwise. We manage the whole cycle — survey, register, removal, clearance, and certified disposal — so duty holders can evidence compliance without disruption to occupiers.

What’s included
Management & refurbishment surveys
Management surveys for the duty to manage under Regulation 4, and intrusive refurbishment or demolition surveys before any works break into the fabric.
Asbestos register & management plan
A clear register, risk assessment, and written management plan you can hand to contractors, insurers, and incoming tenants.
Removal, encapsulation & clearance
Licensed removal under controlled enclosure with negative pressure, or encapsulation where material is best left in situ and monitored.
Certified disposal & documentation
Consignment notes, waste transfer documentation, and a four-stage clearance certificate issued by an independent UKAS-accredited analyst.
How we work
A predictable process, documented at every stage, so you always know what happens next and what evidence you will hold at the end.
- 01
Survey
A qualified surveyor samples and records suspected materials, then issues a register with location plans, material assessment scores, and photographs.
- 02
Plan & notify
We agree the method — remove, encapsulate, or manage in place — prepare the plan of work, and where licensed work is required give the statutory 14-day notification before mobilising.
- 03
Removal & clearance
Works are carried out inside a sealed, monitored enclosure by trained operatives, out of hours where the building is occupied, then independently air-tested before reoccupation.
- 04
Disposal & certification
Waste is double-bagged, transported under consignment note to a licensed facility, and you receive the full evidence pack for your building file.
